Rules and Regulations

Prize:

There will be one monthly 50/50 draw to be conducted the third Wednesday of every month. A maximum of 750 tickets will be printed at $5 each. A maximum of six tickets per individual can be purchased per month. Draw will be conducted every third Wednesday of the month at 10:00 AM in the atrium of Centre for Food, Durham College Whitby Campus (1610 Champlain Ave., Whitby, ON L1N 6A7). Your official lottery tickets can be picked up at the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs or can be sent to you by interoffice mail upon request. Please retain your lottery ticket(s) for the duration of the entire lottery period. This will be your lottery ticket number for all draws within the lottery period. Your official lottery tickets will be nullified by any missed payments. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and posted online at ice.durhamcollege.ca .

Cancellation:

You can cancel your participation in the Pay Day Lottery at any time- simply notify Durham College Foundation in writing by fax to 905-720-3135; by email to abbi.longo@durhamcollege.ca ; or by mail to Durham College Foundation, c/o Office of Development and Alumni Affairs at 2000 Simcoe St. N. Oshawa, ON L1H 7K4. Enrollments and cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the draw date. To resume play, individuals will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis as tickets become available.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Members of the Durham College Leadership Team (DCLT) and Office of Development and Alumni Affairs staff are prohibited from participating. For more information please read the Pay Day Lottery FAQ.
