This form is to be used by international students or Refugee Claimants to apply directly to Durham College. If you are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) of Canada, or a Convention Refugee with a valid Notice of Decision, please DO NOT use this form and visit www.durhamcollege.ca for information on how to apply.

You must submit a complete application including passport, English Proficiency results (if applicable), plus all educational documents (high school, post-secondary and graduate studies if applicable) or there will be a delay in processing your application and you may not meet the deadlines for admission. Throughout the application form, there will be an opportunity for you to upload all of your documents electronically.

**NEW** Note to students from India, Iran, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine, or Vietnam - Due to the complexities of the application process, we strongly encourage you to submit your application through one of our authorized agents located on the drop down list. If you do not yet have an agent, we can also provide you with a list of agents registered with us who are working in your specific country.

Applicants with an Indian or Pakistani passport are required to submit official English Language Proficiency test scores. English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programs will not be accepted. Please check English language proficiency requirements for your visa and study permit as required by IRCC for your country with your nearest Canadian Embassy or Visa Application Centre (VAC). During the COVID-19 pandemic, we started to accept DuoLingo English Test results for admissions purposes only until further notice (including Indian and Pakistani passport holders). This is subject to change without notice. Please check English language proficiency requirements for your visa and study permit as required by IRCC for your country with your nearest Canadian Embassy or Visa Application Centre (VAC), as you may still need to write an in-person IELTS or TOEFL test for visa or study permit processing.
